Coating adhesive

The coating adhesive is also known as circuit board protective adhesive or three proofing adhesive. The silicone three proofing adhesive is a silicone modified resin, which is used to protect the circuit board and its related equipment from the corrosion of harsh environment, thus improving and extending the service life of the product and ensuring the safety and reliability in use.

GT - 577 is a kind of one component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, which has good dielectric properties, good weather resistance, pollution resistance, UV resistance, excellent moisture-proof and insulation properties. This product is applicable to the coating protection of electrical/electronic products, easy to use, and can be brushed or dipped.

Usage and precautions

After thoroughly cleaning and drying the working surface to be coated, dip coating or brush coating this product. Place it in a ventilated environment, and cure it for 10-40 minutes at room temperature, and fully cure it for 8-24 hours. Avoid contact with eyes during construction, avoid high temperature and open fire in the construction site and keep the environment ventilated.

Packaging and storage

The product package is 1kg/bottle. This product is non-toxic and non dangerous. It should be protected from rain and exposure. It should be stored in a cool (below 26 ℃) dry place with a shelf life of 6 months.
