Thermal conductive silicone grease

Thermal conductive silicone grease is a uniform paste made of composite thermal conductive solid filler, high-temperature synthetic oil, stabilizer and modifying additive, and its color is white or gray. It is used between the radiator and the heating period. The radiator is mechanically fixed. The main advantages are convenient maintenance and low price. Because the radiator and the heating device can be well wetted, reducing the contact thermal resistance, its thermal resistance is very small, and it is suitable for the heat dissipation of high-power devices. The use requires printing or spot painting, time-consuming operation and process control.
