On the 15th, the maintenance and reinforcement project of Zhuozhou Great Wall Bridge on 107 National Highway was completed and opened to traffic. At this point, small vehicles passing National Highway 107 leading to Beijing and Baoding can pass directly without bypassing the roads in Zhuozhou, which can effectively reduce the bypass pressure of vehicles from Hebei to Beijing on Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway.
It is understood that the Great Wall Bridge on National Highway 107 was built in 1984 and is located in Zhuozhou section of the National Highway Beijing Shenzhen Line (G107), crossing the Beijing Guangzhou Railway. Due to the increase of traffic volume in recent years, the bridge has suffered from serious diseases. To improve the traffic environment, Baoding Municipal Highway Administration Bureau assigned Zhuozhou Road Maintenance Area at the end of August this year to implement disconnection reinforcement and maintenance of the bridge.
In order to improve the bearing capacity and safety factor of the bridge, the bridge adopts system transformation to make the original railway bridge opening and two adjacent simply supported beams become continuous beams, so as to improve the load capacity; The bridge deck shall be paved again, and double-layer reinforcement mesh shall be set to improve the overall stiffness of the main beam; The corrugated steel plate guardrail is set inside the sidewalk to improve the safe driving level of highways and railways; The cracks in the inner bottom plate and web of the hollow slab are sealed with sealant; The 80 type expansion joint was reinstalled at the end of continuous beam and abutment, and many other construction reinforcement and transformation projects were carried out.
