Aluminum oxide thermal conductive rubber: with good thermal conductivity and beautiful appearance, it is widely used for heat dissipation of communication products.
Boron nitride thermal conductive rubber: excellent thermal conductivity, suitable for heat dissipation of high-power devices. Under the same conditions, compared with ordinary thermal conductive materials, it can lower the device temperature by more than 20 ℃.
The above thermal insulation materials are all made of silicone rubber. During use, the heat dissipation surface shall be smooth and clean without burrs to avoid puncturing the rubber sheet and damaging the insulation. The smaller the thermal resistance of the heat conducting material is, the shorter the stabilization time is and the lower the stabilization temperature is. The use of thermal conductive insulating sheet does not need to be supplemented with other materials.
