1、 Product features:

905 potting adhesive is a two-component silicone addition system heat conductive potting adhesive with the following characteristics:

1. The rubber compound can be stored for a long time after mixing under normal temperature, but can be quickly solidified under heating conditions, which is particularly beneficial to the use of automatic production lines.

2. Good temperature resistance and high temperature aging resistance. After curing, the rubber can keep its elasticity in a wide temperature range (- 60~250 ℃), and its insulation performance is excellent.

3. No shrinkage during curing, with better waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-aging performance.

4. 905 has flame retardancy, and its flame retardancy reaches UL94-V0.

It is used for potting protection of module power supply and circuit board with high-power electronic components and high requirements for heat dissipation and temperature resistance. Such as power supply of automobile HID lamp module, power supply of automobile ignition system module, network transformer, etc.
