Heat conductive adhesive: RTV silicone elastic adhesive

The thermal conductive adhesive is composed of hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane. After adding filler, cross-linking agent, catalyst and other additives, it can be vulcanized into elastomer by contacting the moisture in the air at room temperature. High and low temperature resistance is good, and it can work at - 50 ℃~+200 ℃ for a long time; Electrical insulation performance, including volume resistance, breakdown voltage, power loss, arc resistance, is excellent, and is not easily affected by temperature and frequency changes; It has excellent heat transfer performance and weather resistance.

Product characteristics

Heat conduction, bonding, flame retardancy, moisture-proof, shockproof and insulation

1. Thermal conductive adhesive is a RTV silicone elastic adhesive, which has a fast surface drying and curing speed, and its flame retardant grade reaches UL94V-0. It plays a bonding and sealing role, and also has good thermal conductivity (heat dissipation).

2. The thermal conductive adhesive can be firmly bonded with most materials such as metals, ceramics, glass, plastics and their alloys. It is non corrosive after curing and easy to use.

3. Heat conductive adhesive has excellent high and low temperature resistance. It will not fall off after long-term use and will not produce contact gaps to reduce heat dissipation. Its use temperature range is - 50~200 ℃.

Typical use

It is mainly used for gap filling and bonding between high-power electrical modules such as high-performance chips, high-power transistors, thermistors, temperature sensors and power supplies and heat sinks (copper and aluminum). The utility model has the advantages that the traditional connection method of card and screw can be eliminated, and at the same time, the utility model can bring more reliable filling and heat dissipation, simpler process, and more economical cost.
