Shinyue Chemical developed low permeability packaging materials for high brightness LED packaging

As a silicon packaging material for high brightness LED packaging, Shinyue Chemical Industry of Japan has developed a new low refractive index product "KER-7000 series" that reduces the permeability. There are two kinds of new products: "KER-7080A/B" with Shore A hardness of 80 and "KER-7030A/B" with Shore A hardness of 30, which will be supplied as samples for lighting LEDs.
